Shipping Policy

Parts & Components

  • Turnaround Time: We are a small, active shop. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days via UPS or USPS Ground.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is created.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your box arrives mangled, please snap a photo of the box and the part immediately and email us by replying to your order email or via our contact form. We will get a replacement out to you and fight the carrier on our end.

Vehicle Deliveries

  • Pickup: Local pickup in Knoxville, TN is free. We can even meet you at the airport. We will walk you through the entire build and systems upon handover.

  • Delivery: We can arrange nationwide delivery via third-party insured transport. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid prior to the vehicle leaving our shop.

Return Policy

Parts & Components

  • Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be uninstalled and in original condition.

  • Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong part was sent.

  • The "Rugged" Disclaimer: Our parts are designed for utility and function. As rugged industrial components, minor surface marks from tooling are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Vehicle Deposits & Sales

  • Vehicle Sales: All vehicle sales are final once the title is transferred.

  • Deposits: Deposits to hold a vehicle are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific Purchase Agreement.
